Adds
roam service-report --type {due-diligence|ai-readiness|reachability-triage|post-incident}, a sibling of pr-replay. Re-validated against origin's current code: all 10 imports resolve, 22 tests pass, count-synced 267→268, ruff-clean. Parity-gated: +2 files, 0 deletions. No internal docs; no detector-code touched. (Stacks cleanly on the CI fix in #61.)
